Main Cabin (2 floors): $1,500/night (3 night minimum, 8 people*) $10,000/week

Upper Suite (3rd floor): $500/night (3 night minimum, 4 people*) $3,000/week

Low Season

Entire cabin (3 floors): $1000/night (3 night minimum, 12 people*) $6,500/week

Main Cabin (2 floors): $750/night (3 night minimum, 8 people*) $5,000/week

Upper Suite (3rd floors): $250/night (3 night minimum, 4 people*) $1,500/week

Regular Season

Entire cabin (3 floors): $1,500/night (3 night minimum, 12 people*) $10,000/week

Main Cabin (2 floors): $1,200/night (3 night minimum, 8 people*) $8,000/week

Upper Suite (3rd floor): $300/night (3 night minimum, 4 people*) $2,000/week

These rates do not include GST of 5%.
Strictly no smoking.
Cleaning fee: $200-$400/stay

Payment

50% at booking time.  Balance due 14 days before arrival.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is after 3:00 pm.
Check-out is before 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy

Notified cancellations up to 30 days before scheduled arrival will receive a full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is 30 days or less before arrival, refund is dependent on the Owner’s ability to re-book and the cancellation fee is $200.

Any cancellation made by the Renter shall be in writing, by email addressed to info@jimscabin.com.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $1,000 will be charged on the day of arrival. Deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure.
